The greek young-dramatic soprano took her first piano lessons at the age of 4 at the National Conservatory of Athens. She became since 2001 a student in the class of Prof. Dr. Alexei Miroshnikov, where she took her Piano Diploma in 2012.
She started singing lessons with the renowned greek soprano Martha Arapis and took her singing diploma in her class in 2014. As a duo with her sister Sofia Chamantne she has done many concerts in different countries-such as Italy, Hungary, Greece, Germany, Turkey and Egypt- not only as a singer but also as a pianist. During this time there have been live recordings for TV shows and the greek National Radio Broadcast.

Pavlina studied in parallel musicology at the National and Kapodestrian Universtity of Athens and also accordion and tabouras/saz (traditional greek string instrument) and byzantine music at the Ilion Music School of Athens. In Germany she studied her Bachelor of Arts in the class of the mezzo-soprano Gundula Schneider and the soprano Sylvia Koncza (State University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart, MA Oper)

She attended masterclasses with Camilla Nylund, Margreet Honig, Bruno Taddia and Francesco Lanzilotta and has participated in different productions of the Opernschule of The State University of performing Arts in Stuttgart such as ( Verdi's Rigoletto,-Un Paggio- 2017 Wilhelma Theater Stuttgart, R: K.Respchläger/ML: B.Kontarsky , Kurt Weills Street Scene,-Shirley Kaplan- 2018 WTS, R: B. Mottl/ML: B.Epstein, H.W.Henzes Elegie für junge Liebende, WTS, R: K.Repschläger/ML: B.Epstein). In February 2022 she sang the role of Donna Elvira in Mozart's Don Giovanni in Wilhelma Theater Stuttgart and Theater Heilbronn, under the stage direction of Dirk Schmeding.
